You can't. As a minimum, please review the following support article:


In addition, I recommend you do the following three things:

  1. Change your Apple ID password.
  2. Report your stolen iPhone to your local law enforcement agency.
  3. Report your stolen iPhone to your cellular provider.

You can't do anything with the serial number. Did you enable Find My on your phone?


If you did, see this link --> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support


If you didn't enable Find My on the phone, you can't track it at all. You would in that case, contact your cellular provider and ask them to blacklist the phone, but they will require proof of ownership and most likely a copy of a filed police report.
