i purchased an iPhone 11 on May 24th this year. Lately I’ve noticed the battery capacity in settings is currently at 97%. It went down 3% in more than a month. I don’t fast charge unless I’m in a hurry. I’m a heavy user but my battery still lasts a full day and I only charge it once a day before I go to bed. I also never let my battery go below 20%. Any suggestions?

Suggestion is to forget that number and use your phone as it better serves you. What is important is that you can use it the way you want.
What you must pay attention is if it doesn't overheat while charging, if it doesn't turn off out of nowhere while still in like 50%, 30%, 20% of battery left.
