Accidental purchase

I accidentally bought a package on a game for 10$ and I’m wondering how I can go about getting a refund?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

I did receive a email recipt but don't see report a problem. I was able to report it on the link you sent how long does it take usually to find out if I will be refunded?
