My iphone 11 pro has been stolen a month a go, i have the serial number, can i retrieve it or make it disable so my phone and all of my data cannot be used anymore? or is there a chance that my stolen iphone 11 pro will find it and retrieved it? thanks

Hopefully you had it locked with a passcode and had 2 factor authentication set up. It is probably too late to try to track it but see if this helps: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201472.
