My phone constantly freeze and I can't restart it

My phone constantly freeze to the stage were i can not restarted holding the side buttons, my car play keeps disconnecting while show its still charging. Some app dont work properly like my work uber driver where even im not on silent there is no sound sometimes on my notification while no disturb and silent are off im fed up i hope you can sort that out as this lhone has only 6weeks!!!
