Cannot change date of birth from adult to kids account
I just setup an Ipad for my 7 year old. I accidentally entered her date of birth as age 17. The inherent software seems to have the steps to correct this....however I went through the process of correcting her DOB but get a server error. The issue I believe is that going from an "adult" account to "child" account is the issue.
After chatting with tech support they told me that I cannot correct her DOB and must create a new account? This doesn't seem right? There appears to be a software process for this that is broken....
Why cant the biggest tech company in the world...after contacting support correct a simple error?
Am I missing something here?
