stop sharing purchase method

I would like to stop to share with my family the purchase method, but I want to still share my purchases with them. I can only find how to stop to share the purchases.

The problem is simple: my sister buys for example movies for her kids, like i do for my kids. You are the organizer? If so, you can't do that. If you share purchases, your payment method is then available to all family members.
