All my Friends is seeing my Email instead of name.
Why does my Apple ID show up instead of my name when sharing activity in the fitness app on the watch? How can I go back to having my name instead of my email.

They will need to have a matching entry for you in their Contacts, meaning the same Apple ID needs to be entered as one of the emails there. Note also that only the first name entry is shown then.
