BigSur background
I changed the background on my iMac, but I cannot get rid of the garish BigSur background on my Dell U2515H display. HeLP!!

To change backgrounds on individual screens, simply open system preferences and click 'desktop and screen saver'. This should open a window on each individual display connected to your Mac.
To change the background on your external monitor change the background in the system preferences window on that display.
