i can’t get my Dell Pc to recognize the videos on my iPhone for import. I can import my photos to PC, but I can’t find the videos although they’re easily accessed on the phone.

Are you using the latest version of iTunes? Are you using the Photos app in Windows? That is one of the things about importing photos from the iPhone to Windows. Used to work well before Windows 10. Try contacting Microsoft about your problem with Photos app.
