Parallels and windows 10
I am trying to set up windows and I get the following screen and when I select "continue" it comes back to this view. I can't get off this page.

to run Windows in the Technical Preview is to sign up for Microsoft's Insider program and download the Windows 10 Client ARM64 Insider Preview VHDX file. The Parallels preview will recognize the file and create a Windows 10 on ARM virtual machine.

You need to talk to Parallels. Neither Parallels Desktop nor Windows 10 ARM are Apple programs.
I assumed you had already downloaded the ARM64 version of Windows 10. Sorry if that's not the case.
