iPhone screen not reacting

I have a iPhone 12 Pro max but can't unlock it because touchscreen is not reacting, tried force restart but still not working, if I connect to Mac I need to trust device but I can't do it because screen is not working.


what to do?

Get this Serviced:

Seems you have a dead screen somehow. So, have Apple look at it. Start with a phone call. Also, consider taking it in for service at a Genius Bar Appointment.

With the Coronavirus Pandemic, reservation restrictions may be up there quite a bit. So, contact Apple. Here is the info...

Apple Support Contact Info:

Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
