Screen mirroring

I accidentally turned on screen mirroring and now can’t turn it off. I don’t have Apple TV and it just keeps looking for it. Any ideas, I have tried the previous suggestions with no luck. Help!

The AppleTV no longer shows up as an option when I go to screen mirroring on my iPad or my iPhone. I pad to Toshiba TV screen mirroring. Hi, any advice on screen mirroring from my iPad to a Toshiba TV, as they are non compatible. I believe there are apps than can do it. thanks in advance for any guidance.

Open Control Center, Tap Screen Mirroring, Tap, Stop Mirroring.
