iMazing iPhone apps.

Hi, some days ago I found a tutorial that explains how every iPhone app can be used on every M1 Mac with iMazing. I tried this but it didn't work; after a few researches I found that iMazing's IPA files are don't work with the last version on Big Sur (11.4) and the only compatible versions are 11.2 and 11.3. How can I downgrade my MacBook Pro's macOS to 11.3 or 11.2? Thanks.

FWIW, I believe Apple started blocking sideloading iOS/iPadOS apps as of 11.3. In any case, unless you have a backup of an 11.2 or 11.3 install you can't. 11.4 is the only version available.
