i would like to be asssisted to cancel my icloud storage monthly subscription using my PC. i no longer use the phone

Cancel upgraded iCloud storage by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See instructions in: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud storage plan - Apple Support

Downgrade or cancel on your Windows PC
- Open iCloud for Windows.
- Click Storage.
- Click Change Storage Plan.
- Click Downgrade Options.
- Enter your Apple ID password, then click Manage.
- Choose a different plan.
- Click Done. Can't click Done?
