can't pair watch, and can't get support without the serial number, which I can't see without pairing it.

How do you even get tech support. You can't get the chat or phone option to work without getting the watch serial number, which I can't get because it's bricked.

The serial number is on the case, and you can see it after you remove the watch band. This this link for instructions complete with illustrations:
