What do I do if after purchasing something from an app, it says it has already been bought but I want to buy it again?

Purchased app wants me to purchase it again Okay so like a year ago i bought an app, used it for couple months and then uninstalled it because i was running low on storage. Today i try to reinstall it but it says i need to purchase it again so i went to my Apple ID and looked at my purchase history to see if i was using the correct ID and there it was, so uh help?
