If your phone is running iOS 14, get the model number that starts with an "A" from Settings->General->About->Model Number and compare it to the model numbers in the following support document: link-> Identify your iPhone model - Apple Support
If your phone is running an earlier iOS version, you can get the model number from the box, or the back of the iPhone.
