How can I find my Launchpad as I do not have it in my Dock?
How do I find my Launchpad icon as it is not in my Dock?

Double click Finder in the Dock
Finder > Applications > Launchpad
Double click Launchpad to open.
To keep icon in the Dock, drag the Launchpad app to Dock without dropping on the Desktop.
If it drops on the desktop as an alias, right click it and then "Move to Trash.
