How do I cancel a subscription that doesn’t have a ‘Cancel my subscription’ option?

It has already been cancelled. Both the absence of a Cancel option and the wording "Expires on 13-Jul 2021" confirm that it will not renew.

 If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
