I just bought a new MacBook Air M1 2020 and I have to admit I do not like the look of Big Sur. I would like to downgrade to any other macOS. Is it possible?

I’ve switched to using favorites bar with folders, and that’s been equivalent to top sites in some ways, and more flexible in others.

If not the Safari display, what issue(s) are you encountering with Safari?
You can always use Firefox or Chrome if you think those like better. I personally have no issues with Safari.
There's not an issue exactly. It's just that with this new Safari, Top Sites are no longer available and I relied heavily on those on my day to day use.
All sites should be available however you may need to permit popups or turn off tracking while using a site to get it to work properly.
No, you cannot.
No Mac can boot from an OS version older than what it originally came with. So, if you want a Mac to run an earlier OS, you would need to buy one from a period during which the desired OS version was the one that Mac came with.
