Tech coach from Verizon told me to turn the WiFi assist app off. It will not turn off. How do you turn off the WiFi assist

You do it just like it says in the article you came here from. If you aren't able to turn it off check the restrictions under Screen Time and see if it is set not to allow turning it off. If this is a work phone, or you have a work email account on it, they may be restricting you.
