I have a paypal charge for $5.34 for Itunes and App but did not order anything. How do I make sure I am not charged again next month for this?

I was just charged again for $5.94 twice this month on my PayPal account. Please check this out for me.
I am being charged $4.95 a month for Apple TV and I didn't order it or anything of that name. I don't want to pay for this on a monthly basis!
