I have try to instal .exe file and the message is error with prefix.

installing mojave I am trying to upgrade my MacBook pro from high sierra to mojave but the installer i am trying to use at the App Store is damaged and can't be used. Now what does one do? I have some programs I use frequently that may not function properly with Catalina.

.exe is a Windows proprietary file. And, that app does not appear to be compatible with Big Sur:

You will need to question them about it.
