Voicemail set up

I did try to set up my custom voicemail, but I wasn’t able to set up. Can you help me with that. Thanks

Voice Mail (Visual or Normal) is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.

Meanwhile, you may --> Set up Visual Voicemail on your iPhone - Apple Support
