Apple TV frozen
If I already unplugged my Apple TV and press menu and control center to restart, and my screen on my Apple TV still frozen , what should I do ?

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities, and we'll be happy to help in any way we can. We understand you're having issues with your Apple TV not responding. You've taken excellent steps so far! Did you leave it unplugged for at least 6 seconds as stated in the article at the top of the page? Are you using a first generation or a second generation Siri Remote with your Apple TV 4K?
