Can my iPhone get a malware just by visiting a YouTube channel? I think I visited a fake YouTube channel pretending to be a real one, and I’m worried that it got my phone infected with a malware or a virus.

Currently the only known "malware" that can "infect" your iPhone would affect the Calendar app. It is really not malware, but a form of spamming. Since this is not the case here, the only potential way your phone can be infected would be if you jailbroke it. If you didn't, or someone else did not, then no, it should not be infected.
