Moving iCloud account from US to UK

I have just moved back to the UK from the US, and I have two iCloud accounts, one in each country. However, I purchased all my Apps (iOS and macOS) as well as my Music (iTunes Match, Apple One Premier) in the US account. If I move the US account to be UK based, do I lose all my purchases for Apps that exist in both App Stores?

The Music I can deal with, but the Apps are a pain. Any thoughts?

This article describes how to change your country setting and the requirements and results of doing this:

Read how to "Change your Apple ID country or region" click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT201389

"Redownload your apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books on any devices that you might use to play or read them in the future. That's because some types of content might not be available in your new country or region. (Learn what types of content and services are available in your new country or region. - https://support.apple.com/HT20441 )"

Since apparently you must be using two Apple IDs, you only have access to the country content for the ID that you are currently using with that country. Changing IDs and/or countries doesn't "remove" things from a phone but it does limit what you can redownload/update.

"To make sure that you can access your previous purchases in your new country or region, redownload your previous purchases on every device on which you might want to view the purchase before you change your country or region." Subscription services have to be canceled and started again.
