Random files

There are random files in my files app that when deleted re appear with different numbers. Anyone know what these are or if there harmful.

The key information you show above is the “.json” suffix. This indicates a JavaScript Object Notation file, used to communicate between some web application and a server. Hopefully that will help you track down the web application involved. It’s likely quite aged.
