we don't have sufficient information to reset your security questions I forgot the answer to my security questions of my old account and I still have the email which I used to reset my password and now I can't reset my security question as it shows me that it doesn't have sufficient information to reset my questions. I don't have any of the old devices that I created this account on I just have access to the email id I used on the apple account and I know the password. Is there a workaround to this situation?

You would need to follow the steps to reset your security questions. Are these the steps you used?

If these steps did not work for you, you'll need to contact Apple's Security Team in your location.
