I forgot the password to unlock my ipad and then it started showing connect to itunes. I forgot the apple ID too so i requested a reset and my apple ID password was reset. I wanted to know if i can use the same apple ID to get my ipad unlocked or have i lost my ipad forever?

I don't think you lost it forever. Did you forget the password for the iPad or the passcode to unlock the iPad?

hey eric. thanks for your prompt response. I forgot my ipad passcode and my ipad starting showing “Connect to itunes”. Then i found out that i forgot my apple ID password too so i requested a reset and changed my password.
Can i still get my ipad back with the apple ID? i’m way too concerned
You are welcome. The last line in my post is a link to an article that explains how to recover your iPad from being disabled. That 'resets' the iPad. Once you do that and set a new passcode, you should be able to get into the iPad to set up your Apple ID. You should be able to recover the iPad.
