Does anybody know why Apple TV only has one or two episodes of each season of Project runway? For example seasons 8 and 12 there are only two episodes of each season.

Where are you located/Which country is your account for? Different regions may have different availability of shows, seasons, or episodes.

Are you trying to watch this from the iTunes Store?

The iTunes Store (US) would have season 17 and 18 only (Buy). A few selected episodes from various seasons may be available as part of “Tim Gun’s Top 10”.
