What do i do of my apple watch keeps shutting off and every time I start it up again, after a few minutes it’s shuts back down again.

Is the battery OK? Is it charging properly? What is Settings > Battery reporting on the watch?

I checked and the battery is ok, the battery reporting on the watch says 100% and it does charge properly to 100% every night.

update: It seems like everything works now, it has not shutdown and it usually shuts down after a few minutes so thank you for trying to help!
