Hotspot issue.

When I reset all settings it starts working but only for a while and I cannot connect my laptop with the IPhone hotspot either way.💁

When I turn off and then turn it back on I get this message and to make it work for a while I must reset all the settings again. It’s a vicious circle! My service is ok so it’s clearly the IPhone’s fault. How can I fix this?

iPhone 8, 14

If you are manually setting the APN you must not be using an Apple affiliated carrier so you have no Carrier Settings file. After you get it working again check to see if it holds all of your APN settings. If it doesn't call AppleCare and discuss the issue with them, there may be a hardware problem with your device.
