Do you have a relatively new Smart TV? For example, Samsung started building in Apple TV+ in their smart TVs in select TV's starting in 2018. That would be the simplest way to get it on your TV.
If your TV is not new enough to offer the Apple TV+ app, you can get a Lightning to HDMI cable to output to your TV as long as your TV has an HDMI input.
The third way would be to use AirPlay 2 with your TV, but that too would require a TV which is new enough to be able to receive an AirPlay 2 stream from your phone.
The last option available would be if your TV has an App, which you can run on your iPhone, which permits you to stream content from your phone through the app to your TV. You'd need to check with your TV manufacturer on this.
