The Snapchat app have problem that what ever account logging
in it, it blocked that account permanently after one minute from logging in!! Can anyone help me?
I tried to uninstall it many times and keep updating the latest IOS version, but nothing works.
Whatever the reason, this is a Snapchat issue, not an Apple issue. Apple doesn't own Snapchat, nor have any ability to ban an account on an iPhone. Only Snapchat can do this.
I have seen other posts on this effecting other users. Still, it's an issue with Snapchat and you need to contact them for resolution.

Is it possible that Snapchat banned your phone for some reason? They have that ability, to ban a specific phone based on that phones unique ID (UDID).
It’s answering the auto reply, and the problem with my phone not not from the app, because I can login my account in any other phone it works
They can banned my Snapchat account not my phone, coz I can login in any other phone, and if they banned my phone they should warning me at least!

I have no more ability to reach Snapchat than you do. We are all users on this user to user only forum. You'll have to be persistent in trying to reach them. Sorry.
