The Use of multiple gift cards towards a new iPad pro

First I have been to your website and stores and AppStore and spent many hours now attempting to purchase a new IPad Pro 512 gb with cellular.

Not only are you experiencing a supply problem but no one can tell me how to use the (2)- $500.00 gift cards towards my purchase , ie the reason I purchased the gift cards, and put the remaining balance on either my Apple Card or Amex.

I await your assistance.
