Keyboard

I have a problem with my keyboard, some letters or characters do not appear. I have a MacBook Air (13-inch, 2017), so I don't think I am eligible for the Keyboard Service Program. Can someone please help me what can I do with it?

You'll have to get the MacBook Air checked by Apple.
