Ordering an iPhone

Apple will not knowingly sell iPhones that are not intended to be used in the country of purchase. Every country has their own standards and rules for radio equipment, and a phone made to meet the requirements of one country may not meet the standards of a different country. The only way around this is to have someone you know in the US buy the phone with a US-based payment method or cash, then ship the phone to you privately. But note if you do that the phone will have no warranty in any country other than the US.

In other words, just like the screen shot says that you posted, they are a freight forwarder. Apple has become aware of them and added them to their freight forwarder database and will not ship to them.

And it’s possible that you didn’t actually chat with Apple, if that’s what they said. Here are Apple’s phone numbers→Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support. Is the number you were given on this list?

And the reason for the trouble is clearly shown in your screenshot. You can not place an online order from Apple and attempt to ship to another country, or freight forwarder.

That is a valid number for the Apple Online Store but is not a chat number. How did you get to the chat? And regardless of what you were told Apple will not international ship and they will not send product to freight forwarders. Period. And be very careful if you go hunting for a new forwarder that Apple does not know about, there has been many occasions where thieves set up fake forwarding sites, tell you to order from Apple and give you a name to include on the order for allowing them to sign and then sell your iPhone.

The US address your are trying to have it shipped to is a known freight forwarder.

It is not YOUR address.

And Apple knows that usa2georgia is a freight forwarder. So you are out of luck.

It matters because what you are attempting to do is a violation of Apple's terms.

They know it's not your address because you are not the only person trying to use that address to order products explicitly to be illegally exported from the US.

Just buy a phone in your own country.

Are you living in the US? With a method of payment based in the US? Is the method of payment registered to an address in the US?

You didn't answer my question. After your iPhone 12 was shipped what happened next, did you go pick it up? If no, and they sent it to you (and it doesn't matter if it is a plane, ship, van, car or covered wagon) then they are a shipping or freight forwarder. Since you last used them Apple has discovered that the address was a freight forwarder and added it to their database.
