My iPhone says update Safari. It will not! Advise.

I’m just curious where are you seeing this message?

Safari updates are handled exclusively through the software update feature in your settings menu, these update should come from nowhere else. If software update says your system is up-to-date, it’s up-to-date.

Beware of any website telling you it’s out of date and prompting you to click on it.

As is said in life, beware of the stranger insisting you try the solution to a problem you never knew you had.

Safari gets updated as needed with each iOS version update.
