I bought iphone from someone and i used with my icloud account then i put find my iphone on with my id but iMessage, facetime and notification doesn't work for that i updated then i tried to unlock with my id but said this id can not be used to open this iphone ? What is that ?

The previous owner needs to log out of iCloud or go to https://www.icloud.com/find/ and erase the device, then remove it from their account. If they won't do that, the device is useless. Apple won't unlock it.
