delete imsg all at once, not by selecting one at a time

It looks like you're wanting to delete multiple attachments at once in iMessage. If that's the case, you'd need to select one at a time.

I suspect what they meant to say was you cannot and you need to select one at a time. The feedback link was provided for you to suggest the feature to Apple if you wish.

However, if you tap on Edit in the upper left corner of the screen, then tap on Select Messages, you can select multiple messages, then tap on Delete in the lower right corner of the screen. You just cannot select all and then delete, you have to select them individually, but can delete multiple messages at once.
