MMS Messaging on iPad? How to turn it on?

How do I turn on MMS Messaging on iPad? It won’t send text messages without it.

You don't. It's not an option on an iPad.

In order to send SMS/MMS messages from your iPad, you need to link it properly to your iPhone:

If you don't have an iPhone, you are out of luck.
