Call from iPhone to TracFone - iPhone can't hear until I call them back

When anyone with an iPhone calls me on my Android BLU TracFone, I can hear them but they can't hear me. When I call them right back we can hear both ways just fine. This happens on both of my TracFones. After lengthy troubleshooting with TracFone, they say that my account and phones are fine and to ask Apple if they are aware of this being an issue? This has been going on now for over a year, and happened with my prior Android Alcatel TracFone too.
