All my mail box folders have disappeared.
I have the usual inboxes, sent, junk, flagged, and trash - but all my personal folders are gone. How do I get them back? Help!!

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes.
Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

A strange thing happened. I shut down mail and when I opened it again, they were there, folders all closed (they are usually open, plus default folders I don’t use were expanded. Thank you so much for your instructions which I will use if this happens again.
Great to hear, take care my friend.:)
Thank you, BDAqua!
