Check timer on iphone 6

Since the last update, when I ask siri to check timer, sometimes it tells me “about” how much is left by rounding to to the last minute rather than the exact time that is left. How can I fix this?

iPhone 6s, iOS 14

The problem has to do with the Apple ID. I was "signed in" but was unable to sign out. Apple.com had me update my MacBookAir (phone was up to date). Then I was able to sign back in to Apple ID. Siri timer gave time left in minutes and seconds. Woo Hoo!

Other related problems were that laptop was not communicating to to phone so messages and phone were not syncing. Non apple bluetooth speaker were also not communicating. All problems were solved with update and re-signing.

How can this be normal when for years (iPhone 6) it used to tell me the minutes and seconds?
