APPLE Customer service best I've ever had. ANYONE ELSE AGREE

Apples customer service is really amazing. THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. They really try hard to find a solution to a problem and want the customer to leave the store with the issue resolved.
Hopefully this Great Service spreads to other companies

I agree that they are the best. When calling from the USA, you always get to talk to someone who actually speaks English clearly, the issues are quickly resolved (and I've had some major self-induced muckups over the years), equipment generally gets replaced with no questions asked when under warranty, and I always get personal contact information from their 2nd tier specialists when issues get that bad.

I've been in IT for 20+ years and have dealt with no other IT firm with such consistent positive customer service interaction. Anybody on this forum who has ever been stuck on Dell's inane and ludicrous customer support line knows what I'm talking about!

Great customer service from Apple is nothing new. They've always had it. Actually that's what attracted me to Apple back in 2003, after so many bad years with other computer companies. I took a bite of the forbidden Apple and have never looked back. Sure, there's always a bad apple that refuses to conform but they don't last long at Apple. And it doesn't hurt to put a little honey on your words....the old saying still holds true. "Do unto others as you want them do to you".

I have never had any problems with Apple Customer services, I called apple and since my Leopard Os disc was scratched and I could not install it, So I called Apple and they sent me a New Leopard disc. and I have 2006 13" macbook, and the keyboard area was starting to turn a yellow and where the trackpad is for the mouse, underneath that started to crack, and plus my computer was not under warranty so I took to the apple store and they replaced the whole keyboard part at no charge. And it was like only a 5 to 10 minute fix.

I've been an Apple customer since the first IIe... was back in the early 80's... and I love their products. But when people ask me why I use Apple, the first thing that always springs to mind is their customer service and they way they stand behind their products.

Over the past 30 years, I've had 4 truly EXTRAORDINARY customer service experiences with them, where they have gone above and beyond to resolve an issue for me...

They are second to none in this regard!

I just received iPhone4 #3 a few minutes ago. I switched from Sprint on release day. My iPhone's did not perform out of the box like stated. However Apple reps have been top notch. Way better than any Sprint rep I've dealt with for 6 years. Not exactly happy with the performance of these iPhones (probably could be ATT fault too) but Apple employees did make up for most of it.

I've been an Apple customer since my first Mac 512KE, which was upgraded to a Plus. <G> That was back in the '80s. I've never had a negative experience with Apple support, whether in the Store or on the phone, and I've had several truly great experiences with techs who went far above and beyond to help me. On the two occasions when I've had to send my Mac away for service, Apple has sent a FedEx prepaid box to my home within one day. The computer went from my home in Nevada to Tennessee for service and was back within 48 hours.

Right now I have my Mac (and my husband now has one, too — his first computer ever) and an iPod Touch, but I'm just waiting for my Verizon contract to run out in a few weeks before getting an iPhone. 😀
