Earphones connected in two devices

I have 2 iPhones, iPhone Xr and iPhone 6. When i connect my earphones on iPhone 6, my Xr also connect with those earphones. While my Xr can't connect while using this earphone. So my Xr for now can only use wireless earphones(TWSand ear pods). Please help me.. how to fix it? thank you.
