iPhone 11 still thinks we are in Spain!

Hi there, I arrived back to the UK on Monday and my phone did not comply. I have tourney on location and updated all info and completed a hard reboot, however it’s still no letting me enter certain things saying county not allowed and the weather icon in google is still showing Spain temperatures
