How to turn off find MyiPhone

Hi this is Ak Nav from Kyoto.

I currently could not access iPhone 11 pro due to the Power down since June 29th ( As Navigate)

My question

Could I get replace service without coming to your App store near by?

My real concern

the power goes down...

and try to ship my iphone 11 pro from Home which is available as soon as possible.

Sub concern

During the process, it was not allowed to turn off "Find my iPhone” temporally.

Required response

I already tried to turn off "Find my iPhone” before shipping.

Would you forgive me to ship near by my location without turn off the setting?<<
